Numatics' Heavy Duty G Series Rodless Cylinder incorporates a bearing rail and bearing sliders for incredible load carrying capabilities with the field-proven S1 Series rodless cylinder delivering millions of reliable cycles.

Standard Specifications:

1）Anodized single barrel extrusions
2）Various bore sizes, 25, 32, 40, and 50mm
3）G or NPT ports available
4）Retained cushion adjustments
5）Kevlar reinforced thermosplastics strip seals
6）Up to 10bar (145 psig) working pressure
7）Ambient temperature range from -20oC to + 80oC (–4oF to +175oF)
8）Uses filtered air with or without lubrication
9）Standard stroke lengths up to 6 meters (19.5')
10）Operating ppeeds up to 3 m/sec (9.75ft./sec)
11）Hardened guide rail(s)
12）Floating coupler between the piston/carriage assembly and the tooling plate
13）Moment capabilites in excess of 100,000 in-lbs
